| Our treats are made in small batches, so it usually takes 1-2 days to ship out. We use USPS Priority shipping, which usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive. |

| Since we don't use any preservatives, we recommend refrigerating our treats to retain freshness. You may also store them in an open container in a dry area. |

| Why are your products more expensive than the store bought stuff? |
| We use only premium ingredients in our treats. That means high quality food from USDA inspected facilities in the USA. Most treats you see in the stores will have ingredients from another country where food and labor are cheap. Regulation for these foods are very loose, meaning that there is a higher risk of contamination as we have all seen with the recent pet food recall. |
